Brian Davis, MD

SVP, Clinical Operations

“I was originally drawn to ConcertoCare by its mission to serve the most frail and vulnerable patients among us. Having the opportunity to drive change within a fragmented and often inefficient healthcare system inspires me every day. Since joining ConcertoCare, the objective to ensure our patients maintain their dignity and receive the best possible care has taken a personal turn. As an only child with my parents now in their 70s, I am acutely aware of the pending challenges they will face. I am driven to design and improve models of care that will serve and empower them to age gracefully at home in the manner they wish.”

With more than 15 years in the healthcare and life sciences industries, Dr. Brian Davis brings unique clinical and operational acumen to the ConcertoCare leadership team. As Senior Vice President of CarePartner Program, he is responsible for the optimization of the company’s care delivery model and for ensuring business leaders have the tools necessary to drive meaningful change for a complex patient population.

During his tenure at ConcertoCare, Dr. Davis has led multiple strategic implementations and overseen the formalization of key operational teams from quality coding and documentation, to network management, and patient engagement. Additionally, Dr. Davis has served as the operational business lead for the proprietary Patient3D® platform. His guidance resulted in a successful market launch of the tool, and he continues to focus on developing Patient3D into a best-in-class solution, empowering providers to improve patient care and reduce health care costs.

Before joining ConcertoCare, Dr. Davis was an Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, where his work included advising healthcare and life sciences leaders on life cycle management, revenue growth strategy, due diligence, company/product valuations, market opportunity assessments, and revenue forecasting.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.

He loves being a girl dad and enjoys spending time outdoors and at the beach with his wife, two daughters, and bulldog, Winston.
