There are many ways that palliative care can support patients with heart failure, but its role among patients who are considering or are already using advanced cardiac therapies is uncertain. To better understand how providers can assist patients who are considering palliative care, ConcertoCare Medical Director Todd Barrett, MD participated in a recent study to capture referring providers’ perspectives.
