Shahid Alam brings more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience in the healthcare provider and payer sectors. As Chief Information Officer, Alam is responsible for delivering technology solutions and innovation that support and drive improved healthcare outcomes for ConcertoCare’s patients.
Prior to ConcertoCare, Alam served as Chief Technology Officer at Circulo Health, where he oversaw the health tech organization’s operations and information technology. Prior to his role at Circulo Health, Alam served as the Chief Information Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, leading the integration and maturation of information technology and product management tools across multiple care delivery organizations.
Outside of work, Alam lives with his wife and children in Ohio.
